Terms of Use, Confidentiality,
Policies and Other Fees
1. Members understand that the real estate property information handled by this service is confidential information, and that in handling such information, as a responsible manager, they must handle the information obtained through this service with the utmost care, and it is strictly prohibited to leak details to third parties.
2. Members should be aware that while the property information entrusted to our company is updated regularly, real estate transactions are always fluid, and properties may be withdrawn from the market, prices or conditions may change, or contracts may be concluded due to misunderstandings with inquiries.
3. Direct visits to owners, contact in writing, by telephone, email, etc., and any contact with related properties or neighbors are strictly prohibited, as they may lead to significant economic damages and claims for compensation.
4. If it is found that the above conditions have been violated, regardless of the reason, the member's access to this service will be immediately terminated and the member's membership will be revoked. In addition, the member and his/her affiliated organization will be liable for any damages incurred, including actual damages, opportunity losses for the seller, and damages that may occur in the future.
5. The monthly membership fee for this service will be automatically renewed at the time of initial registration and on the 1st of each month thereafter, regardless of whether or not the service is used. If you register in the middle of a month, the membership fee will not be calculated on a pro rata basis. If a member wishes to cancel renewal, he or she must apply through the designated inquiry form. The member acknowledges that it may take 2-3 days to process the application.
6. Due to the nature of this service, which provides downloadable content through a subscription model, returns and refunds will not be accepted under any circumstances.
7. This service provides property information, detailed explanations, and consulting services regarding property purchases. On-site inspections, loan arrangements, and other practical procedures will be carried out by a separately designated intermediary. All costs involved, such as taxes, registration fees, brokerage fees, and other necessary expenses at the time of the sale and purchase, will be borne by the member.
