Terms of Use, Confidentiality,
Policies and Other Fees
1. Members acknowledge that the real estate property information handled by this service is highly confidential. The information obtained through this service shall be used solely for the member's own real estate purchasing considerations. Members must exercise the utmost care as responsible custodians in handling this information and are strictly prohibited from sharing any details with third parties.
2. Members understand that the real estate information entrusted to us may be subject to changes, including situations where sales cannot proceed due to pending acquisition payments, ongoing inheritance discussions, or incomplete inheritance registrations. Any form of contact with the relevant properties or neighboring residents—including in-person visits, written correspondence, phone calls, or emails—is strictly prohibited, as such actions could lead to significant financial damages or liability claims.
3. If a violation of the above terms is discovered, the member's access to this service shall be immediately terminated, and their membership revoked, regardless of the reason. Additionally, the member and their affiliated organization shall be held liable for any damages incurred, including compensation for actual losses, the seller's lost opportunities, and any future damages that may arise.
4. The monthly membership fee for this service will be automatically renewed upon initial registration and on the 1st day of each subsequent month, regardless of whether the service is used.
5. Membership fees will not be prorated for registrations made in the middle of the month. If a member wishes to discontinue renewal, they must submit a request via the designated inquiry form. The member acknowledges that the processing of such requests may take 2 to 3 days to complete.
6. Due to the nature of this service, which provides downloadable content through a subscription-based model, we do not accept returns or refunds under any circumstances.
7. While property information is updated regularly, members acknowledge that real estate transactions are inherently dynamic. Properties may be withdrawn from the market, prices and conditions may change, or listings may be sold at the discretion of the seller.
8. This service provides property information, detailed explanations, and consulting services regarding property purchases. On-site inspections, loan arrangements, and procedure representation will be the responsibility of a separately designated intermediary. All expenses related to the sale, such as taxes at the time of sale, registration fees, and other necessary expenses, will be borne by the buyer. In addition, a separate brokerage fee of 3% of the purchase price (excluding tax) will be charged.
